ALL DOGS BRED AND SOLD BY KINGS KENNEL WILL BE HONESTLY REPRESENTED AND EVALUATED AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE AT THE TIME OF SALE.
Buyer’s Responsibilities:
- Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination results. Failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
- Provide the puppy with routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to:
- Annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian.
- Follow veterinary guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.
- Puppy must be paid in full prior to shipping or all monies and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited.
- All deposits are nonrefundable.
Health Guarantee:
- If your dog, during the first thirty days after purchase, is found to have a congenital defect, return him to the kennel (at buyer’s expense) with the registration papers and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian. The puppy will be replaced at no charge as soon as a suitable pup of the same breed is available.
- Breeder must be notified of the problem within two business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have reports from two unassociated licensed veterinarians stating the same problem.
- A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the breeder to qualify for a replacement puppy.
- No refund in part or in full will be given.
- A returned puppy must be returned to the breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
- Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder on the replacement puppy.
- No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder’s permission.
- Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy.
- This guarantee does not cover what, in that breed, is considered normal (for example, cherry eye, entropion, "loose hips", skin allergies, elongated soft palate, etc).
- All items covered in this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
- Breeder will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
- As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings. The buyer will be furnished a copy of these and will continue future vaccinations and dewormings as they are due.
- This guarantee does not include coccidiosis or kennel cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self-limiting, and like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its on is not life threatening. Puppy has received a kennel cough vaccination and a coccidiosis preventative.
- This guarantee applies to the original puppy and owner only and is nontransferable to a second party.
- There are certain disorders, some that may be caused by environmental factors, such as: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders, that are not covered by this guarantee.
- Any physical problem that is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
- There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy.
- There is not guarantee on size, coats, etc. Only God can do that!
Maintenance:
Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy in good health, provide routine preventative health care, including but not limited to: inoculations, internal and external parasite control, and heartworm preventative medication. Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise and diet in order to maintain this puppy’s proper weight and physical condition. Foods not to be fed include table scraps. This puppy is sold with the understanding that the buyer avows the puppy will become a member of the family. (This is to ensure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.) Buyer agrees the breeder will repossess the puppy upon evidence of neglect and/or abuse at no cost to the breeder.
Shipping and/or Delivery:
- Puppy will usually be shipped between nine and eleven weeks of age. Some breeds mature more slowly and require more time before shipping.
- Shipping will be as soon as proper arrangements can be made and the puppy is ready to ship, after at least nine weeks of age per USDA regulations.
